It involves a deep dive into all aspects of your business - such as your vision, sales and marketing, team, systems - to uncover what is missing, not working, or maybe just needs a little tweak! Maybe you don’t need all that software, maybe you need a new team member, or perhaps you just need a few systems in place so things run smoothly.
This operational review and action plan gives you a great starting point for you to then run with and implement with your team.

If you aren’t quite at the point where you need someone working in the business with you on a retainer basis , but would still benefit from regular guidance and support from an operational perspective, then this is a great place to start. Each week we will discuss:
What you have done in the prior week
Any challenges with achieving what you set out to do
What you want to achieve in the next week/month, and the best way for you to go about it.
This enables you to focus on growing the business and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
After each call, we agree action points and I add them to your project management tool. And if you don’t have one of these, I can set one up for you at an additional cost.
Consulting has a 3-month minimum commitment and includes:
Weekly accountability call
